Alright, i solved my lag problem by downloading the newest NVIDIA drivers 266.58...i was not aware they are out :doh:

This brought me right to messed up graphics problem, that many Vista and Win7...

I have the same problem, with Vista (32) though.
What GFX card are you using? (8800GTS here)

My only fix is to play in windowed mode. do you get lag there too ?

I have tried turning off the click and sound fx, and i have also tried setting to a lower resolution and/or changing desktop setting to 16bit.

I do have 2 mb RAM.

I am using Vista 32 and the free download versions of WW2 and MBT.
All my settings are set to default.
The only thing i changed after clean install was INTRO OFF.

I just noticed for the first time, that if you dont have AA capability you will not be able to see enemy spotter planes?

Is this a design decision, and if so why ?

ok this might be pointing out the obvious - but i just discovered that when i set my screen resolution to 800x600 in windows vista i will have a big window when i start winspmbt or winspwwII....

Interestingly this seems to fix the graphic mess bug as well, but the lag is still there in full screen mode...

i wonder why some users dont have that problem....but i assume it is about certain...

Hollo Horses,

In windowed mode (the free DL version+ patch 3.5)the game runs without any delays or other problems.
i have updated my Nvidia drivers to the newest drivers.

Possible solution for the messed up gfx in full mode:

I was able to solve that problem on my new pc (intel quadcore/vista home/8800 GTS) by enabling WinSPMBT in compatibility mode for Windows XP...
