Nothing wrong with close starts, the ol' phonebooth knifefight can be entertaining, although it would favor nations like Mictlan and Atlantis.

I think I'm ready to concede to Atlantis. It was a good game, but I was unable to leverage the new endgame units effectively against Atlantis's hordes.

Well, you might have been able to rush TC if Niefel hadn't invaded you. Nice job on the defense, I guess the take-away lesson is to rush Soy early like Mictlan suggested.

Didn't it also happen in Valhallas Heroes? Someone started on that island and we had to restart (second time worked fine, but there's still a non-zero chance someone could get stuck, I suppose).
