Not to put a fine point on it but if you read my post I also decrease magic sites propotionately with my other decreases. Not many gems to work with in my games. therefore fewer summons to fight. ...

Personally I think they could easily double the number of boots, helmets, shields, etc. there are so many possible buffs that would be fun but not imbalancing. I think this would be the easiest way...

what bonus does an alchemist actually do? I see no ingame explanation for an alchemy bonus?
