I was looking in the wrong part of the manual, out by Dominion. Sorry.

However, now that I have found it, my manual says:

Every 5% above 100 increases unrest by 1.
Every 3% below 100...

I've used it in conjunction with Astral Corruption to continue to cast large non-Blood spells. I can tell you that the Doom Horrors survive just fine, and will eventually escape to wreak havoc...

I've been away for a while, but at the end of my last round of playing Dominons I was loving LA Ulm.

It has a workable blood economy with a pretender-dependent option to expand into earth/blood...

Sandman - I suppose I could get good use out of the air boosters, but it's pretty easy to get an A3 Harab Elder. I figured I'd use a ring of wizardry to boost the Harab enough to make air boosters...
