It works just fine if the facility is already built in that system, but you have no way of knowing if you've quened more then one.

New sheilds and armor here.

I added regenerative shields, reenforced sheilds, and Ablative (blatant rip off of someone else idea) armor.

What am I doing wrong here?

I'm trying to create Regenerative Sheilding, but I get range error checks when I try to play a game with them, what have I done wrong here?

Tractor Beams need a much longer range, they're completely useless when the emeny is already within "can't miss" range.

Yes a KT = 1 point.

As to mixing sheilds and armor you do want both, as some weapons skip sheilds, some skip armor, plus you need sheilds for crystalline armor to work for example. Not to mention...

They'd work just fine if A) They'd orbit the planet/warp point two squares out, and stations where placed around a planet, not in a group on the wrong side.

I often want to use two fleets, or currently 7 fleets at once, for example when attacking a heavily defended AI world, then I want to divide them up to attack the other planets in the system.

Okay,

Select the Crystalline tech tree.

A Sphere world in an empty system works best.

Add planetary and system sheilds just in case the AI has an uncharacterisctic smart spell.

Then build...

Looks like the bugs I've been seeing have been fixed, but can't you pull an NVIDIA and post new Versions daily as beta's with a "Use at your own risk warning?"

I built it myself hences the OC. Anyway I found why it was taking so ****ing long look at the screen shot, that many ships didn't even touch the colony, they just moved around which took like 5...

Well stupid me if I leave it run for a what? About 10-15 minutes it gets throught the AI's turn. I though when Windows (CTRL-ALT-DEL menu) said not responing it ment that the program was freezen...

there is a setting anywhere in Windows 98SE to tell it to wait a certain amount of time before desiding that a program is not responding? Whenever the AI's turns get to a certainly length Windows...

I got the error when I set the max. system to 255, changed it down to 200 and it works fine, even in my current game with 255 systems.

Between range error checks, and the my games getting toasted I'm not impreesed. When can we expect the next patch? And will it fix these problems? Think I'll wait 'till then to play again as right...
