Another good idea would be to go download a linux live CD like SUSE's or Knoppix or Ubuntu's live cd. That will let you find practically ANY hardware info you need all without touching the hardware...

Cross platform compatibility is growing daily for gamers... ya'll should check out SDL as a substitute for directX... yes its missing alot of the new fangled bells and whistles... but then again this...

Isn't the only reason that black holes aren't truly black is that at the event horizon, particles are being ripped in two, with one entering the black hole and one being emitted as light? Thats why...

Well, I just surrendered to Renegade 13 today... Was an amazing game of about 100 turns. The tide swept back and forth but alas I neglected to expand when I thought I was dealing the finishing...

My biggest grip about the mine system in se4 is that there's no way to detect the mine fields (correct me if i'm wrong... i'm still a newb)... This is a realism issue that doesnt' involve any micro...

Nah Mack wasn't fired, but we do have a brand new Def. Coordinator that should take care of some problems. I'm just not a fan of Mike. Tech's strategy works well against mid tier XII teams and did...

Having your CD drive running in PIO mode would definitely explain those slower burnning times... but then again don't expect to get too much faster burn times... the 40x or whatever specificaiton is...
