That is affects only magical creatures, restricting the target to them only ^^
So your mage won't waste a soul slay on the enemy xbowmen meanwhile the enemy magic summons lay waste on your ranks.

Man is good in small maps, and bad in large maps (due to good mages capitol only, both themes).
About bards ... well it's fine IMO.
I hope in Dom3 to see reviewed "instill uprising" as covert ops...

I've tried. It isn't really useful at all. Even Ashen Empire skellies doesn't crumble at Harbringer's Horn.
Other thing ... why the Harbringer can't fire twice if quicknessed?

Adding +2 Air magic required (bringing it to 5), and 3-4 air gems required.
Put it on 7th or 8th level of research.
Staff of Storm = lvl 6 construction, 40 air gems.

What about modding magic summoned guys to have no slots, but to boost their base magic (ie an Earth King has no slots but start with 6 Earth magic).

Cause to change of PC my Dom2 now crashes preventing me to taking turns.
