Several of the sites seemed to be gone or down. I cannot download many files such as the Pirates and Nomads Mods, and a few other ones. Is there a single site that collects all the mods?...

How do i make the mods work?

I got quite a few mods, but I dont think they are working. I got the Japanese mod, placed it into the mod folder, but it does not appear as an army/race selection
What do i do?
