Try fighting against LA Ryleh where his dominion or spells cause commanders to go insane. I have had my own insane priests preaching against my dominion. Worst part is that I cannot order them...

I would like to see the spying and intelligence gathering separated from the sabotage and espionage projects. Or maybe to move those type projects to a zero level intell that all players get at game...

I had thought of offensive intell just to make them waste points on defense. Mostly I just ignore the 3-4 ship mutinies and carry on.
