Predetermined racial enemy for Gold

Will the Gold edition allow for predetermined enemies in the AI? This would make sure certain race don't ever ally with each other.

This would be very cool. I think it has been suggested, but it is not in the Gold Version.

Actually its a good idea which seems neccesarily to me. For example, for my Taera i have a single racestyle and two on the way. Now it would be funny if two different Taera 'fleets' are at war with each other, but both have an alliance with some RP enemy.
Or the Borg have an alliance with the Humans, Eee trading with Drueshocka... and such.
