Sub found - TNN in 'Legends'
 

A permanent sub is needed for TNN in Legends. This is an Early Age no diplo game using a Valerius variant of CBM 1.92 that caps (almost all) magic at level 6 and excludes globals. Read more about it on the game thread here: http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=49095

Being that it is a no diplo game, there isn't much else I can tell you. But, this is a Valerius build of TNN. So, you can be assured of having a good pretender design.
