color of province names

on some maps, when i press "9", the province names will appear with dark letters, making them very readable. However on some other maps, the color of the letters are nearly white making my eyes fall off when trying to read them. What is it dependent on? How can i change the fonts to dark?

You can define the colour of the text in the map-file with the #maptextcol command.

You can find a description of it in the documentation on map-editing.

I did that, but all the MP games i started in Llamaserver, even if i change the #maptextcol command to black, the provinces names are almost unreadable.

Is there a way to change the provinces names color if the game(MP) is running?

The map definition file (.map) in the game is defined by the server, so you can't change that.

But the graphics file (.tga) is local, so you can edit it, and use gimp or something to darken it (don't darken the province dots!), if the text is white.
