Is site search history supposed to disappear?

I have noticed that the site search history, the little number that tells you if you've searched a province for magic sites, seems to disappear sometimes after I re-conquer a province from an enemy. Is this normal behavior or a bug?

I was also wondering if site search histories from multiple nations remain in a provinces after it's gone back and forth between several players. Thanks in advance for any knowledge you can provide on this.

That's an interesting question. I have not noticed something like this happening. I've always kept all my search tags in place. However, I suppose it is possible that if the other guy also searches that province for a magic type, it overrides the old search. I've rarely played MP and the AI generally does not seem to aggressively search for sites.

Edi, it's time for you to play more MP. So much you will learn.

In no particular order:
  • Work
  • Girlfriend
  • Bug list
  • Dom3 DB
  • Friends & family
  • Pets
  • Other hobbies
  • Forum activities (here and some elsewhere)
I'm supposed to fit MP games where exactly? I am known by many titles, including the Hunter of Bugs, Master of the DB, Lord of the Scorching Flame, but the Overlord of Time I am not, else there'd be a minimum of 36 hours in my day. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...ies/tongue.gif

After I'm done with LeafNosedBat, I'll probably sign up for anotehr one, but time considerations mean that I must limit myself to a single MP game at a time. Two at the most, but right now I can't afford even that.
