Lady of Love

How much unrest does she reduce per turn? It seems that (imo), the Guard of the Bridge kills unrest faster, and wierdly, preserves pop more (although i am testing this on the Demo at work http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...ies/tongue.gif). Maybe retail is different than the demo, i'll check after work.

In the Demo, i lose about 1000 pop per turn with the Lady of Love and 200% taxes and no growth/death.

Patrolling +200% taxes kills roughly 1000 pop per turn (death 1), so it seems like she's worth a patrol army.

200% tax will kill 3.3% of the population every turn in addition to causing unrest.
