Need some help with mod files, please
 

I downloaded a avatar mod and do not know what folder to put the files into. Could someone help me please? I downloaded the one from here http://www.dominions-2.org/files.htm, I put the files into my dominions 2 "mods" folder but that didn't work.

You need to put only the .dm file into the mods folder. The avatar folder should become a subfolder in the mods folder.

Thanks. I have done it this way and when I go to create the god, I get a message that says can not open (insert one of the new avatars name).

Ah, Ok, I have it now. Thank you for the help. I don't know how, but the avatar folder got renamed. I deleted it, extracted from the zip file again, and placed the files as you said. It works now. Thanks, again.
