Where can I download Cost calculator for MOBHACK editor ?

Included in the game, it is!

Game options programme, utilities tab, "OOB Cost calculator" button, as mentioned in the Game Manual, "Running WinSPMBT", in the GameOptions, Tab 3 ( Utilities ) sub-section.

Help is in the Mobhack help (Game Options, help tab, "Mobhack Help" button or direct from the help button in mobhack), at the end of the file.
