Soul Contract and Immortals

According to the terms of the Soul Contract, the Infernal Lord gets the contract holder's soul upon death. What if the holder is immortal and is killed in friendly dominion? Does the contract prevent the immortal's revival?

As far as I can tell, they come back, lose the contract, keep the Horror Mark, and stop recieving free Devils. Ditto for Calling a Pretender back who had same. I presume there are certain clauses in there for critters that are special cases - the infernal lord waits for the signee's ultimate demise, but the benifits go away with the local demise.
