winged helmet in storm

the winged helmet dont give anymore the ability to fly in storm?

It doesn't.
Wanted to use it to counter Wrathful Skies - a Bane lord with winged helmet set to attack rear, but nosir, that does not work.
It is a pity, if it worked, it would balance wrathful skies a bit.

It worked in dominions I. I wonder when this have been removed, and I wonder why it has been removed as it "added a string to your bow" as we say here ...
