When I'm playing SE4, and go to SHIPS/UNITS menu and push CARGO or FLEET button the game crashes. Window pops up and says "Invalid index".
I have the newest 1.19 Version.

G'kar, it happened also on my system. But only in the tutorial. Normal Games are ok.

My problem isn't only in Tutorial.
Anyone has any ideas?
I also had that "invalid filename" problem, which I fixed creating History, Temp and Savegame directory.

I got it today also. I was doing some weird stuff though. I set a computer player to OFF(put it on human control), mine, and then had it give me all its planets,its system, resources, technology, and blow up all its ships and units. I got the error in the ship/fleet button window when I tried Clicked on SHOW UNITS and CARGO buttons. I was just mucking around with a finite resource game(my first, and that style looks to be a lot of fun). So I just shut it down. I figured I'd screwed up some files by doing something the designers and programmers never expected some butt-head to do.
