Ugh. That means the stuff used by mods is all borked.

The absolute only thing that changed regarding the spell data was the announced "Maggots" effect change, the rest is like before.

I'm not really sure about that. The cloud effects for plague cloud and the "Leeching Darkness" spell look a lot different IMHO. I've also read some comments about some spells looking a bit different. Admittedly it might just be some sort of "new patch" goggles at work, but i don't think it's the case here.

I've done a bit of modding and noted that most of the effects that I have used still match my descriptions, but at least the #explsrites for those afromentioned effects must have changed. So while the deal is not as big I thought, there still likely are some "broken" descriptions in the document.

(If anyone bumps into one, please report your finding so that I can fix it!)

Yeah most all of my modded explsprs now look different. They appear to be the same colour and rough effect, but they are definitely dfferent.

What I meant was that the data didn't change, except for Maggots, e.g. the mapping of what spell uses what effect. The numbers are the same, there are no new fx slots, hence no "old" ones as well. The visual display of these effects might have changed, yes.
