I didn't say you wrote so)) You wrote about making a thug from prophet in general and I said I find this a rather bad idea. Even if you attack from the friendly province, you will get more hp temporarily but other stats affected by dominion will be lowered (strength and mr) and that's not good at all. Also, regeneration rate will be based on your hp that you SHOULD have in the province and not on the hp you actually have (the difference is considered some leftover bonus). And the same thing with affliction chance.

Oops, Dedas, I see why you misunderstood me. I said "making a thug from national Mictlan commander" but meant "making a prophet"

And I have to say I mostly agree with you as well, those are good points. Although in some cases it could be nice to have a thug prophet, at least for defense and border preaching.

I've made a Black Servant my first prophet before, when I have good starting death gem income. You get reanimation too, as a bonus. He's a pretty decent thug early on if you can give him some armor, and if you have a nice bless.
