I did not realize the A/S/L issue was so sensitive and had created problems in other Boards. While off topic, I was interested in the demographics of the folks who share my interests and felt others may be similarly interested. Thanks for letting me know that it is normally considered inappropriate on the internet, or at least in forums. Hopefully the anonymous nature of the poll will help avoid any of the nastier possibilities which could have occured.

I don't feel it any more inappropriate as some other comments that have been made. It wasn't intended to be some sort of Online Dating service, at least from what I understood the poll to be.
An interesting poll would be a Geographic Poll, as it's interesting to see how many people play from other countries.

It is a "dont ask" subject on many Boards. Its not the questions. Its what it can become. I dont think our community here is large enough to generate that type of problem but if it does then it will get nipped then.
