Can SEIV be played as an email game

I have been playing SEIV for quite some time now against the ai. However; I'm looking for a bit of a challenge via actual human applied thinking.

I have never played on the internet before, and am very intimidated by the technological monster machines that some of you have out there. My computer is old and has a walker. I also am not able to play a game when ever some one else wants to.

Can SEIVG be played as an email game? May be with one to three extra players that complete their turn, and email it.

I don't really know how this all works, so if someone could enlighten me, that would be great.
