Default Difference Between Difficulty Levels

Other than the obvious easy is easier than hard and hard is easier than impossible, What is the difference in the difficulties.

Does the computer cheat in in the Harder levels or does it get dumber on the easier levels?

It cheats more the higher the difficulty level. No one has the excat numbers on how much, but the AI gets a definite gold income+ on Mighty and Impossible levels.

The exact number have been posted on the board. Search for them. And ask Edi to put them in the FAQ.

I think the computer gets more points to spend on their pretender god and scales at the higher difficulty levels. So while it's possible to get more gold as an impossible AI, it's not guaranteed. They can still choose magic paths or dominion and take bad scales.

As far as "cheating" the computer does have access to information that it shouldn't such as which provinces you own and your national army size and strength. But it also has many disadvantages to offset its limited omniscience.

This is just what I've gleaned from other posts, you probably want to confirm this info on your own.

Yes, computer gods get more points on high difficulties. Of course, they waste them, but w/e.
