Dear God.... Apparently he had the Tax rate in the capital set to 200% for the entire game.
If anyone feels like casting Black Death on my capital or something go right ahead... Wont make a damn bit of difference. Of course I'll have domes up soon enough for what little bit of good it will do.
Heh and I found another commander with double Waterbreathing with a robe AND a ring lol
