Boosters have no effect on determining the strength of a global ritual.
I read somewhere that Purgatory does not affect friendly troops. I would have tested it before I cast the spell obviously...
Dr. P - Was that 4 to 5 wishes for GEMS per turn? Insane. I would highly suggest that if anyone ever forms another mega-game they mod the gem producing items and double their cost.
EA Pan was never an official part of the alliance - though I seemed to get along with him quite well.
