[Wannabe]

THIS close to buying, but I can't sort out-
1. Are their 'neutrals' (civilians) in scenarios?
2. Does the scenario editor only allow changing forces, or new maps as well?
3. If no new maps, how hard is it to create them?
4. Or better yet, does the game ship with more than 4 maps? I thought I saw some references to Bihac and Saudi Arabia in some form of expansion pack.
5. Does the scenario editor allow you to choose single elements (ie, squad, tank) or units (entire platoons)?
6. If by organization, what nations are represented?
