trade disruption intel op
In our SEIV game, we've been having a ton of gifts (technology) failing. It's like the Messages dissappear. We're definetly sending them and we're definetly accepting them but then it just seems to dissappear. This is between several empires (more then 2). Sometimes we never get the gift msg to even get to accept them. Some of them make it through but the rate of success is pretty bad at times.
My question is whether this is due to trade disruption - the intel op? Would this be the effect on a successful attempt? Is it blockable via counter intel? Do you get a message when your trade has been disrupted? Trying to fish for more concrete info on how this op works.
