Hey I just started to make some maps, to play Vs Ai, but still have to learn some things, the most importants are:

-How I can define "neutral" victory hexes?? Want to say VH that are no ocupied at the start of the battle but that can give points to the army that control it??

-Is there any list of available "weathers" related to visibility valors??
So for example if 40 is clear day, what will be a rainy day? and a
foggy day? What about night??
