Yes. It also doesn't recognize anymore non-English keyBoards (AZERTY for example) under Windoze... (in fact it didn't ever recognize my French keyboard, no way to get � � � � etc in the message editor, but at least normal letters were at the right place in 2.06 ! )

Hmmm, I couldn't reproduce this bug, after 2 restarts (not related to this) it now recognizes capital letters without problems.
Strange...

Edit: And just FYI, I am using a German (QUERTZ) keyboard.
