Instead of sliders how about:
Move 1
Move 5
Move 10
Other
Move All
And when you click "Other" a little box pops up and you type in the amount you want transfered! maybe even leave that number up until the player changes it again. So it would look like...
Move 1
Move 5
Move 10
Other 512
Move All
