Thanks folks - my main concern is confirming that putting a Horror Helmet on a unit that is already Fear +0 is not worthless, i.e. the helmet increases them to Fear +5 rather than solely giving Fear...

If a unit that is naturally Fear +0 wears a horror helmet, the unit becomes Fear +5, correct? Whereas if he didn't start with fear, the helmet just makes him Fear +0. Is that right?

Contrary to popular belief, fire spells are Abysia's secret weakness, and you should focus your defense on casting them. Even if your mages quickly fatigue out it is worth it. I am telling you this...

My scouting of Jomon is less than perfect, but if you think he's 6 turns away from even having his capitol under siege, that's a really early turnover to AI. A lot of summoning/recruiting/research...
