'Jotun' in old norse just means 'huge'. And the mythological ones were generally much larger than the �sir (gods), although they came in many sizes and shapes.

first it was 'the biggest preorder ever', now this:
approximately how big a number is many ?

1000? 5000? (N+1)?

("more each hour" = at least 150/week, but not enough info to make an estimate).
