no, System Wars does not have a website. It is, to my knowledge, an SE-based RTS game in a single system within the SE Universe......

and MOO3 has the one feature that I hate most about SE4:...

Hmmmm, ok I feel very stupid now. I was about to break my comp and it was so VERY simple.... one double space after the Scoutship and the whole file was screwed. Now it works fine. Thanx Phoenix-D.

IMHO the best fighter strategy without any of the racial technologies is to use massive amounts of SMALL fighters. My standard Small Fighter design is:

Pardon me, allow me to clarify that "racial techs" part. They aren't empire-specific they are tech trees in the advanced traits area. New ones like for example nanotech or metallurgy which I've seen...
