Unit purchase question.
 

When you purchase a unit that has a higher experience mod or morale mod than the set up experience or morale mod of it's assigned HQ unit will it keep the higher value or default down to the value of the HQ unit? Also, will it be just the opposite if your purchased unit has a lower morale and experience mod than the HQs'?

Units get their experience mod or morale mod from their parent formation. You don't buy units....... you buy formations.

Open up MOBHack and look at a unit then a formation----- the experience and morale mods are placed with the formation and that adjusts the units. This is why a single infantry unit could theoretically cover anything from raw recruits to battle experienced paras becasue it's the formation that determines those factors
