Loops vs Sammas
 

Game 1:
Devil's Spine
Loops -> Gnome
Sammas -> Random-Undead

I pick random for the extra point http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif Loops goes gnome which are pretty solid. Game went pretty well, but Loops caught me with a few nice moves afforded by the gardener buff. Buffed wolfriders made short work of most of my units, and with Legendmakers following it was time to say gg.

Game 2:
Clover Valley
Loops -> Gnome
Sammas -> Random-Orc

Random again - seems like it's the only way for me to gain XP. Orc have a few problems, but I do my best. Early expansion goes well, but Loops blocks off the central gold mine with rotated gardeners. Very frustrating. A quick legendmaker stops me taking the third city in my district, and things are looking grim. I get an ogre out to scare his units off, but without a mystic out, he can't cover enough ground to turn the tide. Something to remember for next time.

Good games Sammas. The Wolf rider's mobility, ranged attack, and low cost makes them really strong early against low hp/armor units. Getting an archmage to stoneskin your ogre in the second one was a good idea - if you'd been able to get an attack rolling with him I would have had a very hard time bringing him down. The extra gold from the mine was key there - it let me just run by him and focus on everything else while replacing losses.

VERY VERY NICE after action report! With the skill you showed in this report I am very confident that with a little more battles under your belt you will be a force to be reckon with Sammas!
