Magic Resistance / Penetration with Divine Spells (Smite)?

Excuse me, does anyone know how magic resistance and penetration are calculated with divine spells, such as smite (magic resistance negates)?

Well magic resistance may be the same I am sure, but how do you figure out Penetration? (And penetration bonus items on priests...?)

Also, all divine spells have 0 fatigue -- so that means just fatigue from armor, if any, right?

Penetration is exactly the same as for mages. So a level 4 priest will have 1 better penetration than a level 2 priest. Pentetration items help too.
