What is considered a newbie to you Sluagh.
I have about 10 to 15 games in, though never in a winning position or won.

Hrm. That's tough.

Basically this is my first MP game, so I was hoping to grab folks around that area of experience. At this point though, I'd rather just get a game under way.

I'm going to change this to a newbie-intermediate game unless anyone here has any huge objections.

While we're waiting, I'd just like to make sure that everyone's aware of some of the strategy making/breaking changes that come with CMB 1.94.

I did some testing last night, and found that among many other unit/item changes, Dwarven Hammers are now unique. I recommend that everyone unfamiliar with the mod runs a few test runs with it to make sure that their builds will actually still work in practice.

I'll give folks 24 hours maximum to upload pretenders before their spot in the game is taken.

Hehehe, so apparently the game starts automatically once all pretenders are in, and doesn't accept edits to your god design afterwards. C'est la vie! :P

I fear the ruler of Atlantis is correct, for our Astral Seers have been given the following command by FATE itself:

"Bollocks the treaty."

I hope that the fine rulers of the Island world can understand how diplomatic relations differ between our two climes, and do not take this as an omen for our own dealings.
