There is no guarantee that a rollback would help what is going on. As from about turn 45 or so, it shows Arco as being the only active player on the turn/staling log.

I have extended the turn and will fire off an e-mail to Llamabeast in order to ask him to take a look at the game. Please be patient, and I apologise for any inconvenience.

I have been advised to roll back the turn. I'll give you a chance to raise any concerns or objections, then I'll go ahead and do it in a few hours.

Turn 47 seems to be fine, it's just turn 48 that went awry. I think rolling back one turn should fix the problem, just dont rollback to 45 please. :)

The Stalling looks very confusing. Like only Arco submitted a turn since 42. But the rest did'nt stall?

I had been keeping an eye on the turn progress. Everyone appeared to submit turn 46, but turn 47 hosted abruptly. With any luck, this hiccup will not cause future complications.

As for the staling log, I am at a loss to explain it.

I agree that it does not look good.

I will extend the turn by 12 hours in the hope Arco gets a turn in. If they stale again, we'll have to try and find a sub or look at some other solutions.

I'm afraid there's just one solution - grab as much Arco as you can, least our Ulm gets too many free cookies. :)
