It's been a while since I hosted, but just to be clear:

In order to upload your pretender, go into Dominions and via the Game Tools go to Create Pretender.
Once finished, exit the game and browse to your savegames/newlords/ folder. There you will find the pretender file. (name of your nation.2h)

Send an email to:
pretenders -at- llamaserver.net
Title: Giants_and_Dwarves

and attach the .2h pretender file.
Check for a confirmation email that it has been received without errors. If you run into problems, please post here.

I'm slated to play Ashdod, but someone else uploaded a Pretender for Ashdod. Can you delete it please?

Ashdod has been deleted.
Whoever uploaded it needs to check his nation.

what happens if u also send ashdod in? i bet it will overwrite the old one, so no problem.

Remember to keep an eye on the turn interval. I will update changes in interval in this thread.
Be sure to report EARLY if you will not be able to send in a turn in time.

I checked the game and Ulm does not show yet.
Did you get a confirmation from the llamaserver system?

got a bounce back from llama. sent in subj giants and dwarves
instead of giants_and_dwarves. corrected it and resent. i think it should be ok now
