I like it a lot. It seems to be more the singleplayer shooter, with q4 being more the multiplayer shooter. I would recommend the game, given you dont have problems with frighening/sudden moments and an intimidating atmosphere in general http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif
